GLORAD establishes a research network between those two institutions as well as other participating research organizations and scientists worldwide.
GLORAD's Mission GLORAD's mission is to advance progress in science and management in the areas of international R&D management, global technology, and transnational innovation.
GLORAD's Research Focus GLORAD's principal research areas for the 2007-2011 period are:
  • R&D and innovation in China
  • transnational R&D management and organization
